I haven’t listed any prices because a) they were under wraps when I wrote this and b) Amazon is very strict about not sharing prices on blogs, since prices shift. It’s just easier to share the links so you can click over to see the exact cost in real time.

This fall, Amazon is calling the sale: Prime Big Deal Days, which I assume distinguishes it from their summer sale. The sale will run October 10-11 and there are some fab deals to be had, especially for early holiday shopping. Best Home Improvement Deals
I found some good Amazon Prime deals in the home improvement category for 2023. If you’re shopping for someone who loves home improvement this holiday season, they might be excited about some of these. If you’ve just been waiting to upgrade your own tools and supplies, now’s a great time.
Check out these great buys in the tool category. Anytime you can fit DeWalt in the budget, it’s a no-brainer. The others are good brands, too.
Last, here’s a good organizer for the person who has miscellaneous drill bits, screws, and other tiny bits floating around the workbench. You could even gift your time to help organize the flotsam. *Ahem* Can you guess what I plan to buy?
Kitchen Appliances and Related Deals
Kitchen items, especially small appliances, are always on sale during these events. What are Amazon Prime sales without a good air fryer or immersion blender? This is your chance to grab one at a great price.
If you know me, you know I’m obsessed with my Instant Pot. It’s as good as you’ve heard. Just read this post I wrote a few years ago about Easy Meal Ideas During a Kitchen Remodel. I couldn’t survive a kitchen reno without my IP.
Also on the cooking front, I’ve promised to grab one of these Thermos insulated jars for my kid’s lunch box.

Okay, so there really are a few air fryers in the sale. This Ninja air fryer is part of Amazon Prime Deal Days for the first time this fall. And you can store your leftovers in these glass food storage containers, which are on heavy rotation in our house.
Best General Home Items on Sale
This category includes all other things home; whether it’s bedding, laundry, cleaning, or organization… it’s hard to narrow the list but these are great items below, so hopefully the sales will be good.
Bed/Bath
I wasn’t in the market for a new mattress cover until I spotted this dreamy, quilted, cotton-top protector. Also for the bedroom/bathroom – a sweet deal on this lighted makeup mirror. Both are already in my Amazon cart while I write this, waiting for the sale to begin.
Here’s a sweet deal on a silk pillowcase (comes in 36 colors!) and a cute mini-fridge for skin care. Either of these would make a very on-trend gift for the beauty lover in your life.
Check out these deals on essential oils. These two are already in my cart, since I can’t pass up these 4 oz sizes on sale! I use EOs to make my DIY shower steamers and DIY wax melts. Check out both of those blog posts for tutorials and recipes.

Vacuums
Listen, a stick vacuum is fantastic for portability, but a traditional plug-in vacuum is still best for pet hair. We love our Bissell Pet vacuum and I spotted a similar model in the sale. Plus, this Bissell Little Green portable carpet cleaner is fantastic. Unfortunately, I know that because I use it all the time! Ha.
There are many stick vacuums in the sale, and they’ve evolved past the Dyson model I can speak to, but these two look like great options for the price point:
Other Home Items
Framed photos are always an easy gift for family members. These are both great deals, whether you want basic frames for printed photos or to upgrade to a digital frame.
This has been running on early sale and is already an excellent deal for Amazon’s smart home thermostat, which works with Alexa. I reviewed the Honeywell T9 Smart Thermostat here if you want more tips on installing one.

If you’re shopping for a new wi-fi router, I can recommend this eero device for both looks and function. I recently replaced our old router and installed this mesh router system in our home.
Honestly, I can’t quite believe I pulled it off, but I did – which means it’s probably easy for someone who understands wi-fi nonsense better than I do!

First-Time Prime Deals on Electronics
Here are the latest electronic items to join the sale. Sometimes there are repeat items featured during Amazon Prime deal days, but these picks are new to the event. There are plenty of other first-time deals, some of which I grouped by category above, but I saved the electronics for this section since they are often the biggest hits in the sale.
This SanDisk external hard drive in sky blue would turn this necessity into a fun little gift. I’m also thinking seriously about trying these Blink wireless security cameras.
Highly rated earbuds, and of the options on sale, these two would be my picks. The JBL buds come in lavender, so I hope those are included in the sale, too!
This Google Pixel tablet is a highly anticipated addition to Amazon Prime Big Deal Days this year. Plus, a gorgeous white HP printer for your next office update. I bought a very similar version of this printer last spring, and it’s so nice to not have a giant black box sitting on my white desk.
